Global Petroleum Show attendees completed their busy opening day with a taste of Canada at the Opening Night Reception. Guests had a chance to try their hand at authentic Canadian activities like curling, bobsledding, cross country skiing and of course Canada’s favorite pastime – hockey.
Sponsored by Stewart and Stevenson, servers – complete with iconic Canadian maple leaf ball caps – ensured guests enjoyed outstanding food and beverages. Entertainment consisted of live background music and roving entertainers. This was a unique opportunity to network, take pictures and share a laugh with the international oil & gas community.
A special address by Alberta Premiere Allison Redford topped off the night.
