Users are able to easily maintain this proprietary data in the HUB as part of your supplier lists and individual vendor records.

HUB Byte – Supply Chain Manager – Sourcing Inquiries

Did you know you can initiate Sourcing Inquiries via the SCM module in Oilfield HUB?

Suppliers, whether qualified or unqualified vendors, are being contacted frequently to satisfy a multitude of service and product inquiries. These inquiries are often initiated by phone or email, as are the eventual responses, but neither are usually stored in a cross-functional manner for future reference by everyone involved in a particular project. Oilfield HUB enables Producers and EPCs to initiate Sourcing Inquires directly from inside the HUB, and to automatically store incoming responses in a similar fashion. Sourcing Inquires can be actioned directly or can be flipped into Bid Requests and Orders for further clarification and resolution.

Did you know report work flow automation is built into Oilfield HUB?

Embarking on a drilling program, of any size, results in several wells and different projects operating simultaneously at any given time. Projects might include Construction, Drilling, Cleanup and Completions, depending on the stage of the well. To assist with the review, verification and distribution of daily field reports, workflow automation has been incorporated into the ORM module in Oilfield HUB. Project status flags automatically change colour according to the submission and verification state of the forms activated in each project.
