Producers and EPCs who are using the Preferred Vendor Manager feature to better manage their Vendor Lists in Oilfield HUB are able to customize their own preferred vendor rating definitions. Five rating levels are provided to document and communicate what measurement criteria and other service factors are being used to evaluate and rate their vendors. The 5 star rating system is based on a 1 (low) to 5 (high) scale and can be amended at any time by Company Administrators in the HUB.
