Tips, Tricks & Inside Info For Oilfield HUB
Producers and EPCs who are using PVM to better manage their Vendor Lists in Oilfield HUB are able to customize their own preferred vendor rating definitions. Five company-defined levels are provided to document and communicate what measurement criteria and other factors are being used to evaluate and rate their vendors. The rating system is based on a 1 (low) to 5 (high) Star scale and can be amended at any time by company administrators in the HUB.
In addition to your regular Vendor Lists in Oilfield HUB, Producers and EPCs can create multiple GoTo Vendor lists by specific product offerings for any number of service, supply and rental categories. Once a GoTo Vendor List is created, these vendors can be easily ranked based on your experiences when dealing with the vendors or according to specific company preferences. As head office and field staff are creating sourcing inquiries, bid requests and placing orders, or simply searching for which vendor to utilize on a well site project your GoTo Vendors are displayed, ranked in order of preference, to expedite procurement and streamline supply chain management.
